Things That Provide Pleasure

Every person finds pleasure in different things, experiences and activities. What is pleasure anyway? It is a feeling of enjoyment, satisfaction or being happy.

The list of things that bring a person pleasure may change over time. Sleep may be at the top of the list for the mother of young children but not feature on the list of a teenager who would rather spend time at a party.

Some simple things can bring pleasure, especially to those who are more comfortable with an uncomplicated lifestyle. Other people look for something different, more 'glitzy' to bring them pleasure. They need more adventure and excitement but some of their pleasures would bring no joy to a quieter person.
