Sometimes an idea can be expressed in exactly ten words. The resulting poem may rhyme or perhaps it doesn't.

Thoughts Into Words
Thinking over things I've heard,
Putting ideas into written word.

Rhyme When There's Time
Whenever you have time,
Play with words, experiment with rhyme.

Cheesecake Temptation
Should resist temptation,
Must lose weight,
Devour cheesecake,
Walk home.


Panther Of The Sea
The black shark
Prowls the ocean,
Panther of the sea.

Drown Or Float
When you have to save yourself,
Floating is good enough.

Vacant Beach Homes
Faded empty beach homes,
Wave battered shells on summer sand.


No Excuse
Let's not make an excuse
For cruelty, domination or abuse.

Heart Attack
Ambulance siren wailing,
Family car tailing,
Grandpa's heart is failing.
