It's all very well to reflect
On yourself and be self aware,
But don't judge yourself harshly
And with other people compare.

If you have no confidence
Only seeing yourself as flawed,
You won't believe
There is so much about you to applaud.

You are unique, the only you,
Certainly one of a kind,
To your many strengths
Make sure you are not blind.
