While going to a parlour for a good facial is great, often we are not blessed with the time to do it.Be it a party or a wedding function, we want to look our best. This home made facial is easy and gives you good results.
Just walk over to your fridge and pantry and grab some of these ingredients to leave your skin supple ,soft and glowing.
Bleach : Any facial begins with a bleach.Wash your face with plain water.Apply any citrus fruit juice like lemon/orange.If you dont have them, you could try honey. The other best alternate is to grate some potato ( thats right ) and apply it on your face.Let it dry, then rinse off and pat dry your face. This process will remove any dirt in your skin. The potato is particularly good for an under eye pack or removal of pigmentation.
Scrub : Take some oats and powder it.Mix it with either milk or youghurt and apply it on your face and let it dry for five-ten mins. Then scrub off your face in the T zone, especially near your nose and chin to remove any blackheads.
Steam : Steam your face over a pot of boiling water.Be cautious as you bend over and slowly rub your face.
Massage : Pat dry your face.Crush some of either papaya, avocado or a banana and massage your skin. These fruits moisturises your skin leaving it smooth and closes pores which would have been opened in the previous steps.
Face Pack : Pat dry face and simply mix yoghurt, besan flour and a little bit of honey and apply it to your face.Leave it till it dries and wash off in cold water. The flour will tighten your skin.Be careful not to apply honey to your hair around the face as it will whiten your hair.
There you are, beautiful as ever, and ready to impress and make heads turn
