For 2 years I would get out of bed and make a coffee, just to wake up in the mornings. Then I'd have a second, for you know, that edge.
I've been told different views on coffee. First its ok to have daily, just not too many, then it was really bad for you, then it was actually considered healthy.
Tea on the other hand has only really got positive reviews. Black tea, green tea, white tea. Rich in antioxidants and good for health.
This year, about a month ago I made the change, coffee to tea. I tried herbal tea, green tea and white tea. I currently drink a weight loss tea with green tea extracts.
