Looking at the cafe menu I choose
Delicious chocolate mousse cheesecake,
And then the thought hits me
And a laughing sound I make,
How important a little detail
Can really be,
For if the typist had omitted
One 's' you see,
Instead of melt-in-the-mouth
Chocolate mousse, truly first rate,
There would be a rodent, a mouse
Sitting on that china plate.
