In June I started on a nutritional program, I was over weight and had a high percentage of body fat, although my visceral fat was good. I know this as I was given a health evaluation.
My nutritional program consisted of meal replacements twice a day, supplements three times a day and one wholesome meal a day.
My first 28 days I did really well, I lost 3kgs and 10cms off my waistline!
I was ecstatic!!!
At about day 30 I began to go back to old eating habits, only consuming one meal replacement at breakfast and irregularly taking my supplements.
Of course I then put on 2kgs and am almost back where I started!
Consistency is the key and you must never give up.
