It has been said that laughter is the best medicine. There are many health benefits to laughing more frequently and more often especially for women. Studies have shown that laughing can relieve pain, increase happiness, and even help the immune system. Children laugh an average of 400 times a day while most adults only laugh around 15 times a day. Laughing more often will lead to better overall health.

One of the best ways to manage and reduce stress is through laughter. Laugher reduces the level of stress hormones such as cortisol, epinephrine, adrenaline, and dompamine. Laugher also increases the level to T cells in the body and increases their effectiveness.

This will also lead to a stronger immune system. Laughter is also a good physical and emotional release. Many women reported they have felt better after laughing.

Laughter is a great workout for the internal organs. A laugh from the belly will exercise the diaphragm and contract the muscles in the abs. The muscles in the shoulders will even fell more relaxed after laughing.

Laughing is also one of the best workouts for the heart. Laughter is also good for mental health and metal well-being. Laugher can ease the feelings of anger and guilty. It can also relieve stress and negative feelings.

When a person laughs with a group they are perceived by others as being kind and warm. Many people want to be around frequent laughers because they start to feel better about themselves. To start laughing more a person can take the things that frustrate them on a daily basis and realize how silly it can be. Laughing will make a stressful situation seem humorous and help a person handle it. If that is challenging start watching a stilly tv show or movie to get in the mood. When things look bad have a good laugh and life will almost instantly get better.
