After all, you have worked hard for your dough. Once in a while, shopping (otherwise known as retail therapy) spells joy and luxe for any woman today - busy or otherwise.

When you know you can do it, and you're able to pay off that plastic fantastic without any stress; then go out and have some fun shopping. Retail therapy is joyful for many reasons.

Firstly, shopping is a personal experience. You are doing it for you. Shopping is a personal choice that does not discriminate an individual on their personality type. Introverted or extroverted, it does not matter. You put some thought and care into what you want to buy. Even though many of you wonderful readers would no doubt enjoy shopping for clothes and shoes online, however for me, I love to touch and feel clothes and shoes in an actual bricks and mortar store - as well as trying things on before buying.

If you can use the plastic fantastic wisely, and this plastic fantastic gives you rewards points; then that extra abundance is available to bring you more joy for some more retail therapy, and/or for other treats such as flight upgrades and so on.

Secondly, shopping is a social experience. When you're in a good mood, you might (depending on the store) make friends with the shop assistant and/or other customers. Otherwise, this activity is a perfect reason to catch up with one or more of your friends - a girls day out - you're all shopping together.

Finally, shopping is a rather relaxing experience when you really want to do it. Of course, the less crowds in a shopping centre and/or shop the better. You can easily fall into a trance like state, like the alpha state where your problems disappear for a moment to a little while. Shopping can be likened to hypnosis when you've picked the right day for the occasion. Just be careful to be conscious though, so you don't receive any credit card and/or financial hangovers as a result.

There is no need to become a shopaholic when engaging in some retail therapy that brings you joy. Even if you're vibrating to abundance, you'll be lucky to score some discounts - even when the sales are not on.
