Inspired Kids Australia is the brain child of sisters Annie Krempin, a childcare educator and Marika Donkin, a paediatric neuropsychologist who decided to go into business together through their shared passion of working with children.
Based in north-west Sydney, the girls have developed a system for children (ages 6 - 10 years) teaching important life skills through fun and creative play based workshops.
These unique 50 minute sessions are aimed at coping with life's ups and downs, communication skills, self reliance, bouncing back, self love and care and include relaxation and meditation techniques.
Annie Krempin says "Life is full of ups and downs but our sense of self worth, our mindsets and our ability to ‘think outside the box’ will help us adapt and thrive. This is what we hope to show children! "
