When I say the word detox, I think it's fair to say that most people would probably think of the word 'diet.' Although this is definitely an important part, it's most certainly not the only thing to consider.
We are all, in fact, made up of three important components: the body, the mind and the spirit. If we solely focus on 'diet' when we think about detoxing then we are considering 'the body' but neglecting two other important areas.
Additionally, when we consider 'the body' in detoxing, then diet is only one aspect of a complex system. We must also consider other factors, such as; how much water are you drinking and how much exercise are you getting?
This highlights the importance of taking each component separately and thoroughly when having a 'life' detox. Without paying attention to each part, it is possible to miss something vital.
One crucial thing to remember when thinking about detoxing your life (and your subsequent experience is highly influenced by this):
Detox isn't about losing important things from your life, it's actually all about gain.
